Fount Holland

Fount Holland founded A.H. Strategies in 1997 from his home in Muskogee, Oklahoma. With the help of friends, neighbors and local businesses, he built advertising campaigns that won Republican elections in unlikely places across Oklahoma. From the firm's offices in Oklahoma City, Holland now directs his award-winning creative team in campaigns across America.

Holland's clients have included Tulsa Mayor Dewey Bartlett, State Treasurer Ken Miller, Lt. Governor Todd Lamb, Ohio Congressman Bob Latta, the National Republican Congressional Committee, the Missouri Republican House Caucus, numerous local and state leaders as well as initiative campaigns and committees.

He has represented more than 100 elected officials across Oklahoma still in office today. He is known as the architect of the historic Republican takeover of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, and was instrumental in the state Senate Republican's rise to power.

Holland first became involved in politics as a Republican activist and district committeeman in Cherokee County, Oklahoma, and was later a field man for the Oklahoma Republican Party where he helped assemble Oklahoma's first computerized statewide voter list.

He served as press secretary to U.S. Senator Tom Coburn between 1994 and 1997, and was an instrumental part of his first political team. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Holland was a journalist for the Tulsa World for nearly six years early in his career. He and his wife, Vicky, live in Edmond, Oklahoma and have a teenage son, Elliot.

Karl Ahlgren

Karl Ahlgren is co-owner and general partner of AH Strategies, a political relations firm with offices in Tulsa and Oklahoma City.

A 25-year veteran of Oklahoma government and politics, Ahlgren has a client list that includes more than 40 current members of the Oklahoma Legislature. Ahlgren also has been instrumental in passing bi-partisan initiatives in Tulsa, where he lives. In 2009 Ahlgren was the general consultant for the successful elections of Dewey Bartlett as Mayor of Tulsa and Preston Doerflinger as City Auditor of Tulsa. Ahlgren was publicly singled out by Tulsa Mayor Bill LaFortune for the role his strategic planning played in the passage of the city's Vision 2025 Campaign, and he was a major player in the November 2008 passage of Tulsa's "Fix Our Streets" $451 million, five-year comprehensive street improvements plan.

Ahlgren formerly was a longtime congressional aide, having served as chief of staff to then-U.S. Congressman (now U.S. Senator) Tom Coburn between 1994 and 2000, and as field director to former U.S. Senator Don Nickles for ten years prior. In his congressional duties, Ahlgren was widely recognized for his ability to work with both parties to assist rural communities in northern and southeastern Oklahoma. From working to solve water and flood issues in northeastern Oklahoma to directing efforts to ship Oklahoma hay to drought-stricken farmers in 10 states, Senate Pro-Tempore Coffee said Ahlgren has demonstrated a unique ability to serve the public.
